To inspire vision and leadership in young people, giving them the skills to succeed in their lives and to be leaders in their communities.

• Mentees: Youth 5th through 12th grade
  
• When: During the school day, after school, or weekends
  
• Where: In Detroit, Lansing, Benton Harbor, Grand Rapids, and Kalamazoo
