To motivate “at risk” young adults to mature into responsible, productive adults through self direction.

The Mentoring Structure:

• Type: Trained Detroit high school students are coached by adult volunteers
  
• Location: At schools
  
• Mentees: 8th graders who are at risk of dropping out
  
• When: After school, year-round program
