To improve young people's ability to succeed by providing quality mentoring programs based upon the life skills of character and value development, goal setting, and strategic planning.

The Mentoring Structure:

• Type: Group mentoring with fun, structured activities

• Mentees: 9th to 12th grade students
  
• When: During or after school
  
• Where: In Detroit, Harper Woods, Oak Park, Pontiac, Sterling Heights, and Warren
